TopShot is match-day management and live scoring software for shooting clubs — squadding, RSVPs, a mic-based shot timer, per-club scoring zones and club chat, on the web and on Android.

Get help

Email info@topshot.team for any question, problem or account request — including sign-in trouble, a bug report, or a request to delete your account if you can't sign in. We read every message ourselves; there's no ticket system to get lost in.

Common problems

• Can't sign in. Check you're using the same method you signed up with (email/password, Google, or Apple). If you signed up with email, use "Forgot password" on the login page. Still stuck? Email us.
• Shot timer isn't picking up shots, or is triggering on other noise. Make sure the app has microphone permission (your phone will have asked when you first used the timer), and try adjusting the sensitivity setting on the timer screen.
• Scores entered at the range haven't shown up online. Offline entries sync automatically once your device gets signal again — no action needed, just don't clear the app's data before it's had a chance to sync.
• Not seeing your club, or pending forever. New members need approval from a club Manager or Master before they can score or see the roster — check with your club's admin.
