These terms govern your use of TopShot ("the service") at topshot.team and the TopShot mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
TopShot is operated by ATS All Technology Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. In these terms, "we", "us" and "TopShot" mean that company. You can reach us at info@topshot.team.
TopShot is match-day management and live scoring software for shooting clubs: club rosters and membership approval, shoot scheduling and RSVPs, squadding, live scoring including an offline mode and a mic-based shot timer, per-club scoring zones, and club chat. Each shooting club using TopShot is a separate tenant — clubs do not see each other's data.
Creating a TopShot account and creating or joining a club is free. There is no paid tier at this time. If that changes, we'll tell you before anything you're already using starts costing money.
Use TopShot for its intended purpose: running and scoring shooting matches for a real club and its real members and guests. Don't use it to harass or impersonate people, don't try to access another club's data or another account without permission, don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service (including its API), and don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Club staff are responsible for keeping their club's roster made up of real, appropriately consenting members.
A club's membership records, shoot history and scores belong to that club. TopShot is where the data lives and how it's managed, not the owner of it. Club staff (Master/Manager roles) are responsible for their own club's roster and data accuracy. We do not sell club or member data, and do not share it with other clubs or with advertisers — see the privacy policy for the full detail on collection, use and the one third party involved (push notification delivery).
TopShot is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. TopShot is scoring and record-keeping software; it does not adjudicate matches, and responsibility for a match's official results, rules and safety remains with the club and its range officers at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopShot is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
You can delete your account at any time, for any reason, with no need to contact us first — go to topshot.team/delete-account. See that page and the privacy policy for exactly what is removed and what is retained.
If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use TopShot after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of TopShot, are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
